This series of 5, pre-recorded prenatal classes was made to be accessible during all stages of pregnancy; whether you’ve just found out you’re pregnant or are in the final few weeks, each practice will serve as a way for you to move and feel good in your body. This is offered as a package for or as individual classes - this is the whole series.

  • Prenatal Hips/Pelvis, 40min - this flow-based class focuses on opening and strengthening the hips, and offers pelvic work as well, both of which are key for preparing for labor. Purchase individual class here

  • Prenatal Easy Flow, 40min - this class was designed for days when you have very little energy but still want to get some movement in. You can expect a simple, more gentle flow. Purchase individual class here

  • Prenatal Strength, 30min - this class is all about finding ways to safely build strength in the body while pregnant. Purchase individual class here

  • Prenatal Full Body Flow, 50min - this class is focused on the whole body, so you can expect poses and movements that will nourish the back, shoulder, hips, pelvis, hamstrings and even a bit of strength building. Purchase individual class here

  • Prenatal Relaxation, 15 min - this class was made for the days where you don’t want a movement practice but just want to relax and focus on the breath. You will be put into a fully supported position where you can do nothing other than relax, practice breath work and even dive into some visualization. Purchase individual class here
